Terms and conditions of service
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) establish the legal relationship between the Service Provider, Luminara Psychology OÜ (registry code 17334136, healthcare provider license L07402), and the Client for the provision of psychological counseling, clinical psychology, and consultation services.
1.2. In providing the services, the Service Provider adheres to the requirements of the Clinical Psychologist professional qualification issued to them (professional certificate number 164511, Level 7), the principles of evidence-based medicine, and the Code of Ethics for Psychologists.
2. Service Fees and Price List
2.1. 2.1. The price list for services provided to private individuals is published in the “Services” section of the website.
2.2. 2.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the price list unilaterally. For existing bookings, the service fee in force at the time of the booking shall apply.
2.3. 2.3. The content, scope, and cost of services provided to legal entities (consultations, training, etc.) shall be determined on the basis of a separate agreement between the parties, a written quotation, or a service agreement. The standard price list published on the website does not apply to legal entities.
3. Booking Terms and Payment
3.1. 3.1. A prerequisite for the provision of the service is the confirmation of the booking via the website’s booking system.
3.2. 3.2. Payment for the service shall be made in advance via a bank link or on the basis of an invoice issued by the Service Provider.
3.3. 3.3. In the case of payment by invoice, the funds must have reached the Service Provider’s bank account no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. In the event of non-receipt of payment, the Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the booking.
4. Modification and Cancellation of Service
4.1. 4.1. The Client has the right to modify or cancel the scheduled service time up to 24 hours before the commencement of the service.
4.2. 4.2. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the agreed time, or if the Client fails to attend the appointment (no-show), the service shall be deemed provided and the amount paid shall not be refunded.
4.3. 4.3. In the event of a cancellation initiated by the Service Provider, the amount paid by the Client shall be refunded in full or a new time for the provision of the service shall be agreed upon by the parties.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
5.1. 5.1. The Service Provider ensures the confidentiality of client data and the processing thereof in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
